Standing Committees

To prepare for funding of the construction of the KM3NeT neutrino telescope and to acquire external advice on the scientific strategy of the consortium, during the Preparatory Phase two international standing committees have been established which regularly meet with the consortium to monitor and assess the progress and to give advice on scientific and funding strategies.

The Administrative Standing Committee (ASC) is composed of representatives of the funding agencies involved in the KM3NeT consortium. Its chairperson is Frank Linde, FOM/Nikhef, The Netherlands.
